CRM is Frotcom’s new module focused on Customer Relationship Management. The first two tabs available in this new module are Clients and Tracking tickets, but other features will be added later on.

Frotcom International has started its Brazilian operations Frotcom International (Portugal) and Fec.com (Brazil) signed an agreement for the creation of Frotcom Brazil. Operations will begin in the region delimited by São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia and Goiania.

Frotcom is tracking 1,000,000 km a day. We found this out when preparing a new feature for Frotcom, which will be disclosed soon. It’s a lot of kms, when you come to think of it. It means that the added routes of Frotcom tracked vehicles would be enough to complete 25 tours around the earth… a day.

“Panic button” alarm - This alarm is triggered if a driver pushes a panic button inside the vehicle. This can be used as a security option.

Integrated Navigation and Google Maps had been widely considered as “must haves” in Frotcom and were selected to be developed in 1Q2010. Not easy tasks, though. In both cases, we had to struggle with some unexpected technical hurdles.

 The new cost management module is an important add-on to the Award Winning Vehicle Tracking System.

Frotcom International was one of the 100 companies selected to participate in the European Venture Summit 2009. This is a true privilege, of course. Before arriving here, though, we had to convince a jury of investors and experts in Cascais, Portugal.
