Sharing, collaborating and pushing the Frotcom team to the limit

Our seventh annual meeting was held in Cascais outside the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, from May 25-27, 2017. It was a highly interactive meeting with emphasis on sharing, collaborating, building teams and accelerating growth. And in the process not forgetting to have fun.
Frotcom International’s Chief Marketing Officer, Nuno Liñan introduced the meeting welcoming more than 30 partners and Chief Executive Officer, Valério Marques, who summarized Frotcom’s full-year 2016 and first-quarter 2017 operating results, discussed Frotcom’s responsibilities, framed the opportunities for the future and reaffirmed Frotcoms’s commitment to excellence in 2017-2018.
Our two-day meeting and training period explored new ways to overcome challenges and foster innovative opportunities. It provided a setting for partners from all over the world to learn, share, collaborate and act on all the issues facing our Frotcom project. Deepening our belief that only by working together can we shape the company’s future success.
Interactive meetings allowed participants to help set the agenda, suggesting topics to complement key strategic, marketing, operational, and technical issues. Round tables engaged attendees and encouraged the exchange of business experiences and insights.
The climax of the exciting three days came with the dinner on Friday evening, where we gathered to celebrate our 20th anniversary in considerable style.
With plenty of time to socialize and get to know better the whole Frotcom team through creative group activities at the end of each day, our annual event brought everyone together in a dynamic and stimulating atmosphere. And laid the ground for what we know will be an exceptional 2017-2018 for Frotcom.
